Terms of Service

By connecting your Gmail account to MailAPI ("the service") you agree to these terms.

The service

MailAPI provides a personal API key and dashboard for accessing your own Gmail mailbox through the Gmail API. The service acts only on requests authorized by your key.

Your responsibility

Your API key grants full access to your mailbox as configured. Keep it secret; you are responsible for all activity performed with it. Rotate it from the dashboard if it is ever exposed.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. It depends on Google's Gmail API and Cloudflare's platform; availability may vary. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for damages arising from use of the service, lost messages, or downtime.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time by deleting your account from the dashboard, which revokes Google access and erases all stored data. The operator may suspend accounts used for abuse, spam, or unlawful activity.
